THE ISSUE - The majority of people know that ripoffreport.com is NOT a legitimate site rather a criminal enterprise that posts anonymous mostly slanderous attacks on businesses then acts in collusion with expensive "removal" firms offering to burry the negative posting of the victim. It is a site geared for people to either whine in anonymity because they know their claims are false or for unscrupulous competitors to anonymously attack their competitors. I should not even have to address this but I will because it seems there are still some people out there who think it's real.

THE REPORT - First off, the negative posting you may have found at ripoffreport.com was an extortion attempt attacking me by trying to scare me into paying this person. He came at me when his real target disappeared. The person posting this attack is a convicted felon and the facts of this posting are untrue and materials attributed to me were fabricated for his cause. THE FACTS - Whether it be business owners, business buyers or new business brokers using our services, they all recognize and accept that as an industry leader, we will be under attack. As one business owner told me this summer, "I am listing with you because anyone who is the subject of frivolous attacks is obviously established and leading the industry". And there will be more attacks on me I am sure - more because I am dedicated to cleaning up the industry by training and supporting the most ethical and moral business brokers in the world - and this makes me a target of those who want to remain in the gutter. I say "bring it on".

THE REALITY - I have a clean record with the Better Business Bureau and I am frequently consulted by local and national media as well as the legal field as a business brokering expert. In the last 10 years I have developed a network featured by Trump University, had brokers I trained featured in Forbes, the Wall Street Journal and Business Week and I provide and open forum for business owners, buyers or brokers to seek free advice despite having no relationship with my company or my brokers. I have trained 800+ business brokers across 11 countries and 4 continents. And last, I have NEVER been sued, taken to court or had to answer any complaint from the BBB or anywhere else regarding EITHER me or my company.
