Q1 - Why don't you list businesses for sale on your own web site?

Because our studies indicate that over 90% of business buyers who buy a business through a quality broker end up buying a business different than what they were originally looking for. So we require our business buyers to take simple steps so we have their contact information to review ALL existing and new businesses for sale. We send a bulletin to ALL of our business buyers when we list a new business for sale.

Q2 - Will you target businesses for me?

We use our motivated and qualified business buyers to generate our listings. All you need to do is visit our buyer page and complete the short form then we will be in touch. If we do not have what you are looking for then we will go out and find it at NO cost or obligation to you as the business seller pays our fee.

Q3 - Can you represent me?

We do represent business buyers from buyer brokering where we work for the business buyer from beginning to end to a simpler business buyer representation in a single transaction with another broker or independent seller. Q4 - Can you provide financing for business buyers?

Absolutely - once an offer on a business has been accepted we can utilize our more than 40 small business lenders to get you financing OR you can find a lender on your own EITHER way there is lending going on despite what the media reports.

Q5 - Do you fully disclose everything about the business?

Once the non-disclosure has been secured, we do review our complete Business Market Valuation and all financials and assets thereby FULLY disclosing to you how we valued the business. And don't worry, we do NOT require deposits to view this information.
